Common questions from clubs, coaches and distributors
Quick answers about positioning, samples, OEM packaging and cooperation.
Is this a tournament-grade shuttlecock?
No. It is positioned as a feather training shuttlecock for daily practice, coaching and high-volume use.
Is this a tournament shuttle?
No. It is designed for daily training, coaching sessions, schools and club practice. For official matches, we recommend using premium tournament shuttles.
Who is this shuttlecock designed for?
It is designed for badminton clubs, coaches, schools, academies, retailers, distributors and player groups with regular training demand.
Is it better than nylon shuttlecocks?
It is different. Nylon can be economical, but many players prefer the contact and flight feel of feather. This product is for buyers who want to keep a feather shuttle experience in daily practice.
Can clubs use it for daily practice?
Yes. Daily club practice, drills, group classes and school training are the main use cases.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. You can submit the sample request form with your country, usage volume and current shuttlecock information.
Why do you offer sample packs?
Samples help clubs, coaches, schools and distributors test whether the shuttle is suitable for real training use before discussing bulk price or cooperation.
Are samples free?
Sample availability depends on customer type, monthly usage, destination country and testing purpose. We prioritize training and B2B customers with clear follow-up potential.
Which sample pack should I choose?
Coaches and schools can start with Starter Sample Pack. Clubs and academies should choose Club Training Pack. Retailers and distributors should choose Distributor Sample Pack.
Can you support OEM packaging?
OEM packaging can be discussed for qualified bulk and distributor orders.
Which countries do you ship to?
We can discuss shipment by country and order volume. Please send your location through the request form.
Can distributors cooperate with you?
Yes. We welcome distributor inquiries for markets with club, coaching, school and retail demand.
Can I become a distributor immediately?
We usually start with sample testing, then small-batch order, then repeat order validation before discussing distributor cooperation.
What should I do after receiving samples?
Test the shuttle in real training sessions, then submit the Sample Feedback Form. We will review flight stability, durability, training suitability, acceptable price range and reorder interest.
How do you decide if cooperation should continue?
We look at sample feedback, training suitability, monthly usage, acceptable price range and reorder potential. Sample interest alone is not enough.
Can I place a small trial order after testing?
Yes. If the sample is suitable, you can request a 30, 50, 100 or 300+ tube trial order before larger cooperation.
Do you discuss distributor cooperation immediately?
Usually no. We prefer to validate sample feedback, small-batch order and repeat purchase potential before discussing distributor cooperation.
Are these country pages claiming that the market is already proven?
No. These pages are used for market testing. We collect sample requests, feedback and reorder signals before making market decisions.
Why do you create country-specific pages?
Country pages help us understand local customer type, monthly usage, current shuttle level, price expectations and sample interest.
Can I request samples from a country not listed?
Yes. You can still submit a sample request and tell us your country, city, customer type and current shuttle usage.
Why do you collect current shuttle brand, monthly usage and target price?
We use this information to understand your training scenario, recommend a suitable sample pack and validate whether our feather training shuttle is suitable for your needs.
Do you publish my information?
No. Contact details and internal lead grades are not displayed publicly.
